Mangui Liang, Professor and Ph.D. Supervisor, got his doctorate from BJTU in 1988. He is currently the Vice-President of the School of Computer and Information Technology in BJTU. He researches on voice processing and voice communication in NGN system. He has presided over and participated in a number of 973,863 and NSFC projects, applied for 6 invention patents of which two have been authorized. The last 5 years, he has published over 30 academic papers. Academic organizations serving: Chinese Institute of Acoustics director, Language and hearing music director of the branch of China Institute of Acoustics, the academic members of the Chinese Institute of Electronics, Vice-Chairman of Human-Computer Voice Communications of the Eighth National Conference.
