Huihui Bai is currently an associate professor in Institute of Information Science in Beijing Jiaotong University (BJTU)，was born in 1979. She received the B.Eng. and Ph.D. degrees in signal and information processing from Beijing Jiaotong University (BJTU) in 2001 and 2008 respectively. She has been engaged in R&D work in video coding technologies such as multiple description video coding (MDC) and distributed video coding (DVC). She has published a lot of papers in many journals (such as IEEE Trans. on Circuits and Systems for Video Technology、Science China) and conferences (such as DCC、ICIP、ICME). She has participated in the projects from NSFC.
